For using with the agency
Agency Terms & Conditions Form You can join online but some customers prefer this.
Recurring Transaction Authority Form For giving us your payment card details and permission to charge it when you join, or to change them your card once you have. You can also do this online with your username and password or at Update your Payment Card Details / Recurring Transaction Authority if you do not have one.
Customer Cancellation Request Form via email This is to cancel your regular agency fee license.
Customer Cancellation Request Form via fax or post This is to cancel your regular agency fee license.
