It is over twice the price that most regular customers pay, but this is because:
* Customers love our one off cleaning service because we put so much effort into achieving the right result. Our highly trained consultants take down your order very carefully so that we understand your needs, allocate the best cleaner for the job, and brief the cleaner on what is required of them. The other such administration costs for just one clean are very high if it is to be done properly. With regular customers all these costs are spread out over their many cleans, whereas with one off cleans these are all in one clean.
* The one off cleaning service is the very highest possible standard and is used by some of England's most discerning households. The cleaners are very carefully vetted, selected, monitored and insured.
Why does Amy use my cleaning materials ?
We use your cleaning materials, so there are no extra costs and no problems with:
* A vehicle
* Parking
* Taking cleaning materials to and from the car/van to your home
* The extra cost for cleaners who have driving licenses, who generally are never as good.
Some houses we clean are very unhygienic (including mites etc.) that we would have to disinfect all cleaning materials before taking them to other homes.
Why does Amy not do a quote beforehand?
The cost of a manager coming first to quote, would literally double the price. The companies that come with cleaning materials and do a quote before hand, charge about £35 + VAT. They often cover by saying they charge for the job, then only stay for a short time, so this ends up being the price.
How quickly can Amy get me a cleaner?
Often within 2 working days, although sometimes it can be for the next day or even quicker! We always try our very best to meet all clients requirements.
1. Two working days are needed for cancellation (as less than this is not enough time for us to find the cleaner other work).
2. For one off cleans we can perform visits of a minimum of 4 hours or more (as opposed to regular cleans where it is 2 hours or more)
3. We use client's cleaning materials.
Our one off service is used by people wanting a beautifully clean home, but is not designed for End of Tenancy cleans.
We feel you would find a specialist end of tenancy cleaning firm preferable because end of tenancy cleaning is normally requested for people wanting to ensure they get their rental deposit back, or not to have to pay the estate agent’s charges for cleaning when they leave the premises.
This normally requires specialist End of Tenancy legal paperwork and procedures for this purpose:
1, Tenants to have detailed paperwork and proof of what, how and when they had each object and part of the premises cleaned which the specialist companies’ systems are designed for.
This is so if there is ever a disagreement where the landlord wants to keep the deposit or the estate agent wants to add their charges for more cleaning, there is the proof of each part of the cleaning and state of the premises which can be used even once the tenant has left the premises.
Consequently this is more an administrative process than just focusing purely on providing great cleaning, which would increase the price of our service above our standard charges for one off cleaning or take away from the resources we can put into actual cleaning.
2, Estate agents and landlords often insist that industrial deep cleaning machinery is used, this includes oven cleaning where parts of the oven are put into a special stainless steel dip tank with a hot chemical solution in, carpet cleaning machines, high level cleaning equipment and so on.
